About Us
Spread out over 100 acres of well-maintained cover and food plots pursue ringneck pheasant, Hungarian partridge, and bobwhite quail at Tri-County Hunting Preserve of New Bavaria.
The facility is completely open to the public. Standard prices are as follows: Pheasant - $13.50 per bird; Hungarian Partridge - $10.50 per bird; Quail - $7.00 per bird. Discounted rates are available for those who reserve large quantities of a given bird species (i.e. save $0.75 per pheasant if you pre-purchase 100). These truly are some of the best prices in the state!
All releases are 50/50 cocks and hens. No birds are put out until hunters arrive - improving the chances that all the birds will be flushed.
Tri-County is unique in that there is no bird minimum, meaning you only pay for the birds you have placed. If you or your group (collectively) harvest more than we put out, you don't pay extra!
Dogs are required to hunt at Tri-County. You are welcome to bring your own, or guides and dogs are available at $20 per hunter or $30 for group.
No hunting license required for out-of-state residents; hunter orange required for anyone in the field; #6 shot recommended.
