The Gunworks of Sandusky brings more than 20 years of gunsmithing experience to clients from northern Ohio and beyond. From custom design and fabrication to modifications, repairs, cleaning, and preservation we have the tools and the knowledge to meet customer specifications and exceed customer expectations.
We work on all makes and models (handguns, shot guns, rifles & muzzleloaders). Perhaps best known for custom work on rifles (especially Mausers) and handguns (1911's, S&W, Colt & Ruger revolvers) including barrel and chamber work, caliber conversions on revolvers, bluing and Parkerizing, The Gunworks stands for quality gunsmithing.
That said don't overlook our retail offering. We buy, sell, and trade. We offer a wide selection of ammunition, reloading products & cleaning supplies and can literally order anything available in the industry. We also offer firearm transfer and verbal appraisal services.
