S & M Custom Meats is a complete meat processing plant. We are well equipped to handle all of your venison-related butchering needs. During deer season we process full-flavored venison summer sausage, bologna, and deer sticks. All meat is vacuum-wrapped and sealed for longer storage life.
We also offer a wide variety of homemade items as well as a quality line of beef, pork, and chicken. Some of our products include smoked sausage, old-fashion bologna, ham, and bacon. We offer a savory assortment of custom marinates, and our signature smoking process uses authentic brined hickory wood. At S & M, we never cut corners - and the taste proves it.
