Several techniques are employed to entice steelhead
in the Great Lakes tributaries. Though indicator
nymphing is the most popular, Reel River is
partial to swinging a large streamer to entice
an electric strike. The "chuck-n-duck" method
is also a consistent producer when water's high
and/or cold.
