Enjoy the quality of a private club with the affordability of a public course at Liberty Hills Golf Club. The Bellefontaine tradition invites visitors to "walk through golf history" through the course's picturesque front nine. Originally referred to as Bellefontaine Country Club, this vintage front half dates back to 1920. Demanding pinpoint approaches to small, slick greens lie in wait among stately oaks. Add rolling hills and a meandering creek, and players of all skill levels have to be at their best.
After this tour through the past, the back nine invites continued challenges through a more modern approach. Step forward in time seventy years to nine holes constructed in 1992. The bent grass fairways and undulating greens are nestled among lakes and more mature trees with just the right degree of sand and grass bunkering to keep things interesting.
A friendly Clubhouse staff led by owner Roy Clark (not the country great) will enhance the experience through great food and a full assortment at the bar.
Specials include 18 holes of golf (w/ cart) and a quality meal (breakfast or lunch) for just $33 (weekends and holidays) and just $24 (M-F and weekend twilight). Nine holes with a cart cost just $20, and you can walk 9 for just $14. Keep in mind that an optional membership and/or regular discounts and specials can keep your quality golf even more affordable.
