About Us
Cherrybend of Wilmington is an upland game bird hunting preserve in southwest Ohio. Family-owned & operated, our 368-acre facility is a working grain farm that supports outstanding cover and food plots for our game - primarily pheasant, quail, and chukar.
Fertile fields of corn, soybeans, wheat, millet, sunflowers, and sorghum separated by broad fencerows spill over to adjacent farms, giving access to more than 600 acres of prime hunting.
While we are a membership-based establishment (providing those who love to hunt a place to gather with others who love the same), "walk-ins" are welcome at Cherrybend. Our cover is thick and our birds are crafty, so dogs are required - bring your own or just let us know if you need a guide and dog.
Cherrybend offers a competitive and exciting on-site sporting clays course with 8 stations (50 shots) strategically situated on a wooded walking path. Each stop simulates actual field conditions (i.e. rabbits through brush, woodcock in the thicket, teal straight overhead). And with two routes to choose from, it's easy to match skill with challenge. A Sportsman's Shooting Card is now available for purchase to keep the price on target!
