Captain Jeff "A.J." Goering of A-n-J Bait & Tackle has been chartering on Lake Erie for 25+ years. Since 1986 his shop - like his cooler at the end of a day on the water - has been brimming with plenty to make fishermen happy.
A-n-J Bait & Tackle is perfectly located and fully stocked with a massive selection of Lake Erie tackle, live bait & gear for every season and every species. Our own designated minnow boat ensures the freshest bait available. We sell more emerald shiners than any other dealer in Ohio. Frozen, salted, or flipping in your minnow scoop, they're sure to catch fish "or die trying."
Live bait options include Lake Erie emerald shiners, golden shiners, fatheads, crawlers (by the dozen, bucket, or flat), leaches, and wax worms.
Be sure to shop our artificial specialties - stinger spoons, Wisconsin hair jigs, crawler harnesses, soft plastics, and cranks (from Reef Runner, Storm, Rapala, Fish Stalker & more).
A-n-J carries rods and reels for every budget. We are an authorized St. Croix dealer, so you know we stand for quality. We also stock a full line of trolling equipment as well as other "Big Lake" essentials - boat anchors, bait buckets, nets, polarized sunglasses, raingear & more.
