TNR takes feedback from its users very seriously. Whether it's a suggestion about how to improve our website, an idea about how to better spread the word about TNR, or to notify us of an inaccuracy on a TNR map, we greatly value user input.

In order to ensure that all of the user feedback we receive is acted on appropriately, we require that you include a valid e-mail address along with your correspondence. We do this for several reasons: first, so that we can send a reply to your message to confirm that we received it; second, so that we have some means to follow up with you if we have a need for clarification regarding your message; and third, as just one means of verifying that the correspondence we are receiving comes from a legitimate source (if we send a confirmation message to the e-mail address we are provided and the message "bounces back" as undeliverable we are more apt to discredit the legitimacy of the user input).

TNR will use your e-mail address to communicate with you as appropriate regarding your correspondence. We may also use your e-mail address to inform you about topics that may be of interest to you about TNR and the TNR website. However, rest assured that if you receive such a message you will always have the option to "opt out" of future unsolicited messages by following simple instructions found in the body of the e-mail message.
