Clean ducks and rub with salt, paprika, pepper, and ground ginger. Place in roasting pan and bake in a 400° oven for one hour. Remove from rack and drain off fat. Return to oven and pour over mixture made up of orange juice, currant jelly and lemon juice. Baste often and bake until tender.
