Duck N' Dandelion Salad

Ingredients & Instructions:
4 cups dandelion greens well washed
¾ cup cooked duck meat, cut into bite-sized chunks
Half or a medium onion sliced
1 cup blue cheese dressing
Salt and pepper

Wash dandelion greens thoroughly to rid them of any natural pests and dirt. Pat dry with paper towels. Tear greens into bite-sized pieces and combine them with duck meat, onion and blue cheese dressing in mixing bowl. Toss gently, adding salt and pepper to taste.
