OHIO CLASSICS: FAVORITE VENISON RECIPES FROM THE BUCKEYE STATE
Venison Chop Suey Brian Engel - Lakeside, Ohio
Course:Main Entrée Servings:4-6 Ingredients & Instructions: 2 pounds venison stew meat 1 pkg. chop suey mix 1 can chop suey vegetables with juice 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Melt ½ stick of butter, in frying pan. Brown stew meat. Add ½ cup water, cover and simmer until meat is tender. Stir in vegetables and juice and chop suey mix, bring to full boil. Simmer 10 minutes uncovered. Serve over rice or noodles.
