Venison Liver on Toast
Favorite of Lynne Lark - Castalia, Ohio
 
Course: Main Entrée
Servings: 2-4

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
½ pound venison liver cut
1 can of mushrooms
Salt and pepper
1 small can whole tomatoes
½ green pepper

 
Roll liver pieces in flour and fry in butter until browned. Add all other ingredients and simmer until tender. Serve hot on toast wedges.
