Venison Tenderloin Sandwiches
Favorite of Douglas Haryu - Edgerton, Ohio

Servings: 6

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
2 large onions sliced
2 cans sliced mushrooms drained
¼ cup butter
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
8 venison tenderloin steaks
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon salt
4 hard rolls split

In a skillet, sauté the onions, mushrooms, butter, and sauce until onions are tender. Flatten venison steaks and add to skillet. Cook over medium heat until meat is done as desired. Sprinkle with garlic powder, pepper and salt. Place two steaks on each roll; top with onions and mushrooms.
