Wild Turkey & Stuffing Jim Collins - Spring Valley, Ohio
Course:Main Entrée Servings:2 Ingredients & Instructions: 3 tablespoons butter 1 medium chopped onion 1 small green pepper diced ½ pound of turkey breast cubed 1 small tomato 1 chick bouillon cube ½ cup water ½ cup seasoned stuffing mix 1 clove garlic 1 cup of bread crumbs 1 teaspoon dried sage, rosemary, and thyme
In large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and pepper; sauté until tender. Add wild turkey cubes and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add tomato and cook for 1-2 more minutes. Add bouillon cube and water. Stir until cube dissolves; add a little more water if necessary. Add stuffing mix and stir until all liquid is absorbed.
