Ingredients & Instructions:
2 slices bacon chopped
Half of an onion chopped
1 cup chopped leftover cooked wild turkey meat
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Salt and pepper
5 eggs
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

Cook bacon over medium high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add wild turkey and season with cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper to taste. Transfer turkey mixture to a dish and cover. Combine eggs with the remaining ingredients and mix together. Cook over medium-low heat. Add wild turkey to egg mixture.
