Ingredients & Instructions:
Pheasant breast
Flour
Seasoned salt

 
 
 
Cut and bone the entire breast of pheasant in 2 pieces. Pound real well. Pat flour mixed with seasoned salt into the breasts. Fry quickly in skillet over moderate heat.
