Course:Main Entrée Servings:2 Ingredients & Instructions: 1 pheasant 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can milk 1 diced onion 2 cut peppers
Cut pheasant into six pieces. Put can of mushroom soup, milk, diced onion and 2 cut peppers into small roaster. Place pheasant in mixture and let simmer for 1 ½ hours.
