Ingredients & Instructions: 1 pheasant, cut into serving pieces Flour, salt, pepper 1 clove of garlic Cooking oil 1 can mushroom soup
Roll pheasant pieces in flour, season with salt, pepper, and garlic. Brown slowly in hot oil, turning once. Place in baking dish. Pour on soup. Bake in covered dish at 325° until tender. Serve with gravy made from drippings.
