Foil Baked Pheasant
Favorite of Charles Kaake - Wiona, Ohio
 
Course: Main Entrée
Servings: 4-6

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
Whole pheasant
Salt and Pepper
1 bay leaf
2 strips bacon

 
Salt and pepper whole pheasant inside and outside. Place bay leaf in cavity. Lay bacon on bird, wrap in foil, and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
