Oriental Pheasant Noodle Soup
Favorite of Nelson Fitzpatrick Sidney, Ohio

Servings: 2-3

 
Ingredients & Instructions:
4 cups water
2 pkgs. Oriental flavor Ramen noodle soup
1 ½ cups cooked pheasant
2 tablespoons tomato paste

 
In saucepan, heat water to boiling over high heat. Add soup noodles. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 2 minutes. Add pheasant chunks and tomato paste. Stir until tomato paste is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in 1 to 1 ½ of the seasoning packets for the soup. Mix well and serve immediately.
