Heat oven to 400°. In medium mixing bowl, combine egg and half and half. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spray loaf pan with non stick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into prepared pan, packing tightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until internal temperature registers 150. Loosen edges with knife and serve.
