Charcoal-grilled Trout Will Palm - Beverly, Ohio

Build a fire from dead wood. When coals are read and glowing, place 4-6 layers of leafy grean branches on the fire, making a bed about 2 inches thick. Lay trout on top of the leaves. Cook for about 15 minutes on each side. When fish is cooked, as you peel the head back, the spine and the remaining bones pull out freely.
