Grilled Lemon Trout w/Rosemary Steven & Deborah Owens - Cridersville, Ohio
Course:Appetizer Servings:4 Ingredients & Instructions: ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice ¼ cup snipped fresh rosemary leaves 3 cloves garlic; minced ¼ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon pepper 4 whole lake trout 6-10 wet rosemary branches Lemon wedges
Spray cooking grate with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium direct heat. Drain and discard marinade from fish. Drop a few wet rosemary branches over coals. Arrange trout on prepared grate. Grill for 12 minutes. Serve with lemon wedges.
