Heat oven to 300. Grease 13X9-inch baking pan. In small bowl, mix flour and sour cream. Blend in wine, cheese, chives and white pepper. Cut fish into serving-size pieces. Place in prepared pan. Spread with sauce. Bake until bass flakes easily, 30-40 minutes. Place fish on warm serving plate. Stir sauce before serving.
