As a user of the TNR website, you may choose to offer comments, answer survey questions, or provide other feedback to TNR about the contents of the TNR website or on other topics solicited by TNR. TNR reserves the right to publicly share this user input on its website or in other printed material subject to the following conditions:

• TNR will not identify the person who submitted the comment by name without the person's expressed permission to do so;
• TNR may identify the person who submitted the comment by first name, last initial, and location (e.g. "John D. - Columbus, OH" or "John D. - Franklin County, OH") without receiving expressed permission to do so;
• TNR reserves the right to share aggregate feedback (e.g. survey results) either publicly (including on the TNR site) or with TNR member businesses at its sole discretion.

Keeping You Informed Through E-mail
 
In the course of interacting with the TNR website we may ask you to provide us with your e-mail address. TNR collects this information so that we can respond to your correspondence in an appropriate manner. TNR also reserves the right to send unsolicited e-mail correspondence to you to promote the TNR web site, notify you of special promotions, or inform you of other topics that, in its judgment, may be of interest to you as a user of the TNR website, including changes to this Privacy Policy ("Unsolicited Messages"). Such messages may be unrelated to any correspondence initiated on your part. However, you will always have the option to notify TNR to request not to receive future Unsolicited Messages.
